The dining hall at the IONS' Retreat Center provides seating for groups of up to 120, with outdoor garden dining available most of the year. Local ingredients are the inspiration for our cooking and includes luscious organic fruits and vegetables, free range poultry, hormone-free meat and dairy products, and extraordinary cheeses. We use organic produce from local farmers whenever possible and draw upon flavors and techniques from around the world to create a diverse cuisine with alluring flavors.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Bagles, Scrambled Eggs, Fruit, Yogurt, Granola, Coffee Cake
Lunch: Butternut Squash Ravioli, Quinoa Pasta, Grilled Eggplant, Portabello Mushrooms, Arugula & Pear Salad, Italian Cheeses, Focaccia
Dinner: Stuffed Wild Salmon, Tempeh, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans & Almonds, Sonoma Mixed Greens, Blood Orange Pots de Crème

Lunch: Salad Bar (Garden Lettuce, Artichoke Hearts, Carrots, Beets, Cucumber, Sprouts), Grilled Chicken Breast, Grilled Tofu, Corn Pudding, Roasted New Potatoes.
Dinner: Egg Lemon Soup, Leg of Lamb, Vegetable Moussaka, Quinoa Pilaf, Mediterranean Flat Bread, Tzatziki, Hummus, Honey Almond Cake
